We make all kinds of needles such as triangular needles, conical needles, fork needles, star needles, reverse needles, spiral needles, twisted needles. The needle gauge varies from 18G to 46G. The needle total length is from 2.5 inch to 7.0 inch.
Our needles are used for the production of carpet, filter felt, PU leather base fabric, automotive interior, refractory Ceramic fiber blanket, Geosynthetic clay liner and other fields. We make different needle specification through various point styles, barb spacing, barb style, finish and so on in order to meet their requirement on various fields.
