From a single-line workshop on the southeast coast of China to a 30,000 m² integrated manufacturing campus -- the DOER NEEDLE story is one of deliberate growth, never of distraction.
DOER NEEDLE was founded in 2014 in Xiamen, a strategic deep-water port city that connects Chinese manufacturing to every major nonwoven market on earth. From the day we opened our doors, we made one commitment: this factory would do one thing, and we would never stop getting better at it.
Twelve years later, that commitment has produced what we believe is one of the most complete felting needle manufacturing operations in Asia. Our 30,000 m² integrated campus in Xiamen houses the full needle-making process under one roof -- wire drawing, cold forging, annealing, multi-stage forming, tunnel furnace heat treatment, polishing and precision packing. Every step, every operator, every quality gate, optimized for a single product category.

Today, 150 specialists work in shifts across our campus. We export to nonwoven producers in 30+ countries across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and the CIS region. Our part numbers -- from the standard 15x18x40x3 R222 to highly customized barb patterns for special applications -- number more than 520 active SKUs. Each one is a precision-engineered tool that has to perform in conditions most factories never see.

Behind every shipment is a team that knows its craft at the level of a single micron. We have invested in metallurgical expertise, in-house tooling, on-site QC laboratories, and a sales engineering team that talks to customers about fiber, GSM and barb spacing -- not just price. This is the company DOER NEEDLE has become, and we are still very much building it.

Every DOER needle is the product of a seven-stage integrated process on our Xiamen campus. No outsourced forming, no off-site heat treatment -- vertical control is how we keep tolerances consistent across 520+ active SKUs.
